Energy Performance Certificates Bite
As anticipated in our news article of October 2007 Energy Performance Certificates EPC's have now started to have an impact on the property market.
EPC's are now a requirement for most buildings when they are first built, altered, sold or the tenant changes and will become more so into the autumn when the phased introduction is complete.
