Our Survey Said!
A Big Thank you to everyone who took the time to take part in our survey to find out what you think of our service.
The results were most pleasing and at Approved Design we are a little humbled by your praise, we were not aware that we were so well thought of us. The strength of feeling expressed for what we have brought to the industry over the last ten years filled us with true professional pride.
None the less we are aware that we are only a good as our last job and we know we are not perfect, so despite some gloom and doom merchants we are continuing to recruit and invest in training and development to ensure that we continue to deliver the quality of service that you our valued clients have come to expect from us.
A strategic part of this service delivery plan is for us to concentrate on existing client relationships. Indeed, we have just declined some substantial contracts where we had no working relationship with the team. Hopefully, this is a true indication of our commitment to you as our regular clients in maintaining what has made us jointly successful over the last decade.
