Can we do residential? Yes we can!!
Another landmark in the development of the independent administration of the Building Regulations was reached this autumn with the release of the residential sector to Approved Inspectors.
Approved Design are now able to certify building works on residential and mixed use projects and already have a range of exciting mutli storey and large city centre developments under consideration.
We have successfully achieved registration with all three warranty providers with Premier guarantee, NHBC and Zurich entering into agreement to work with Approved Design. So that you may now register your residential development with them for warranty cover and utilise ourselves, the NHBC or the Local Authority to undertake the role of Building Control Body for the project.
